If the order amount exceeds 50 €, delivery of paid orders throughout Lithuania is free.

Please note that EU-wide Directive 1999/44 / EC provides for a minimum of 24 months warranty period for ready-to-use goods. This period only applies to ready-to-use goods and natural persons. Legal entities have a shorter (12 month) warranty period or no coverage at all. Ready-to-use goods are goods with a housing that does not allow access and does not require soldering or other physical intervention to ensure operation. For branded products, the manufacturer may set a shorter or longer term.

All other goods, including components and parts, have a standard warranty period of 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions must be met when returning high-quality, unused goods with a purchase term not exceeding 14 days:

• the returned goods must be in the original packaging in NEW condition;
• the goods must not be used or damaged;
• the product must in resaleable condition and must not have lost its commercial appearance (intact labels, unripped protective film, etc.)
• the returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
• when returning the product, it is necessary to present its purchase document, warranty card (if it has been issued);

This does not apply for defective products. Please submit a failure report with such cases.
